John J Kelly Vision Consulting is a premier educational consulting company incorporated in New York State and committed to offering its customers the finest available training and instructional services in a wide variety of disciplines that have the common goals of access, education and independence for the individual. We offer home, preschool and school based (birth through grade 12) Teachers of the Visually Impaired and Special Education Teachers as well as Low Vision Training, Braille Instruction, Technology Training, Orientation & Mobility Training and Early Intervention services by qualified and licensed educators and consultants. We offer services to children and adults with Vision Impairments as well as other special needs.
 
During the summer of 2011 we added a new page featuring some excellent documentaries and short films on blindness and vision loss. The films are Do You Dream In Color? We have been in business since 2005 and offer customers instructional personnel and consultants with more than two decades of experience in the fields of Vision, Special Education, Technology, Orientation & Mobility and Administration. Our personnel are available to provide instructional services through the N.Y. State Department of Health Intervention Program within Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties and the Early Disabilities Intervention Services Program at the United States Military Academy, West Point N.Y.
